Tape ins are lightweight which makes them ideal for volume enhancement on fine or thin hair, and they're safe for hair that is brittle or damaged. How are Tape Ins Installed?
Tape ins are popular because they offer a quick application, and less time in the chair means they're more affordable. How do they apply so quickly? The hair comes pre-taped hair with tiny strips of hypoallergenic, water-tight adhesive. Wefts come in varying sizes and are attached by sandwiching your hair in between two wefts of hair. Because the attachments are relatively flat, they can be applied near the scalp and still maintain a very natural look.

The hair for all of these brands is 100% Remy human hair and each come in a variety of pre-colored shades and lengths up to 24 inches. I make sure the adhesive is top notch so that your new hair is long-lasting yet easy to remove when it's time.
How long they last:
Each application lasts between 6 to 8 weeks before they need to be removed and positioned closer to the scalp. Hair can be reused, and with proper care, the original hair can be re-applied up to 3 times for a total of 5 to 6 months of wear.
Color:
Hair comes pre-colored in a selection of natural shades, rooted an balayage shades, and fashion colors. Colors can be mixed and matched to create dimension, highlights and lowlights. The hair can also be custom colored, but I like to avoid any extreme lightening so it's best to start with a shade closest to your desired color then customize from there.
